Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details, and your True Adore Lounger enters production. Because each piece is handmade to order, production takes approximately 15–20 business days.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, your order ships and typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated Delivery
Total estimated delivery time: approximately 18–25 business days from the date your order is placed (15–20 days production + 3–5 days shipping).
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays
While we do our best to meet these time frames, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues during production or shipping. If your order is delayed, our team will notify you with an updated timeline.
